When Your Order Takes Longer Than Expected

Because our selection is primarily sourced from overseas partners, the path a package takes to reach you is often more complex than a domestic shipment. This means the delivery timeframe can naturally be extended compared to services that ship from a local warehouse. The final duration is influenced by your specific destination and the various stages involved in international transit.

What to Do If Something Goes Wrong

If your order arrives damaged or fails to arrive at all, we need to see evidence of the problem to assist you effectively. For items that are received in a damaged state, you have a window of 7 to 15 days from the delivery date to submit this proof. The specific requirements for what qualifies as valid documentation are detailed in our refund policy. A crucial step you can take to prevent delivery issues is to carefully review your shipping address before finalizing your order. We are unable to accept responsibility for shipments that cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Who Pays for Return Shipping

The expense of sending a product back to us falls on you. Both the initial shipping charges and the cost of the return shipment are non-refundable. Should a refund be approved, the amount we send back to you will have the return shipping cost subtracted from it. There is a single scenario where this rule does not apply: if a product is damaged and requires a replacement, Blkcypher assumes the responsibility for the shipping charges associated with that replacement.

How to Qualify for Free Shipping

Our checkout process provides for both Standard and Free Shipping. The Free Shipping option is activated automatically for any order where the subtotal exceeds $64. For purchases that fall below this threshold, a standard shipping rate will be determined and applied.

A Note on Delivery Timelines

Even with our commitment to dispatching your order promptly, the actual delivery schedule can be affected by events beyond our direct management. These include, but are not limited to, customs clearance procedures and widespread logistical disruptions. Such factors are not preventable by us, and we ask for your understanding when they occasionally impact the journey of your package.
