What happens if you change your mind immediately?
Submitting an order triggers an irreversible chain of events with our payment processors. Due to the non-refundable charges levied by the merchant processor and credit card networks for each cancellation, a deduction of 30% of the Total Price is applied to any order canceled after placement. This is a fixed cost incurred instantly, meaning the 30% fee is retained even if you request a cancellation just a second after submitting your order. The remaining 70% of your order total is what forms the basis of your refund.
It is critical to understand that once an order has been packed or handed off to the shipping carrier, the window for cancellation closes completely. To initiate a change or cancellation before this point, you must provide your order number and the precise modification you need. We will send you a confirmation as soon as the update is finalized.
Dealing with a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
